Aqua World Qatar ("we", "us", "our") operates the jetski rental service at Lusail Marina, Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's kept safe.
When you complete the booking form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, chosen jetski model, number of riders, preferred date, selected time slot, and any notes you add. We don't collect payment details online, since payment is made in person on arrival.
Your booking details are stored securely in our booking database (Supabase), and your confirmation email is sent through our email provider (EmailJS). Neither service is permitted to use your information for their own purposes — they only process it on our behalf.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
We keep booking records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send your request to info@aquaworld.qa and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses the technical functionality needed to process bookings.

These terms apply to every booking and every ride with Aqua World Qatar at Lusail Marina. By booking online or riding with us, you agree to them.
Jetskiing is a physical, high-speed water activity. It isn't suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has a heart or back condition, has recently had surgery, or has any condition that could be made worse by sudden impacts or motion. If you're unsure, please check with a doctor before booking.
Your safety comes first. If wind, waves or weather make riding unsafe, we may shorten, postpone or cancel your session — see our Cancellation Policy for what happens next.
You're responsible for the jetski during your session. Damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged at cost. Riding is at your own risk, and you may be asked to sign a short liability waiver before departure.
We sometimes take photos or videos during sessions for our own marketing, including Instagram @jetski.doha. Let our team know before your ride if you'd rather not appear in any content we share.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Since we don't take payment until you arrive, there's nothing to refund — this policy is mainly about keeping time slots fair for everyone.
Plans change, no problem. Just message us on WhatsApp or email at least 3 hours before your slot and we'll cancel or move it to a new time, free of charge.
If you don't arrive for your slot and haven't let us know, we hold the reservation for 15 minutes before releasing it. Frequent no-shows may mean we ask for prepayment on future bookings.
If weather, sea conditions or maintenance mean we can't run your session safely, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot at no extra cost.

No licence needed. Every rider gets a full safety briefing before departure, so first-timers are welcome.
You need to be 18 or older to operate a jetski. Younger guests are welcome to join as a passenger alongside a paying adult rider.
A life vest is mandatory for every rider, no exceptions. If you have specific concerns, message us on WhatsApp before booking and we're happy to talk it through.
No — booking online just reserves your slot. Payment is made on arrival at Lusail Marina, by cash or card.
Swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen. Bring a passport or Qatar ID too — we may ask to see it on arrival.
Your safety comes first. If conditions aren't safe, we'll contact you and offer the next available slot — no extra cost, no hassle.
Yes — both jetski models comfortably seat two people. No need to specify in advance, just let our team know on arrival.
